Dining is centred around Le Toiny Restaurant and Beach Club, where French-Caribbean cooking is handled with a light touch. Lunch on the beach is especially well done, fresh seafood, simple plates, and the kind of setting that makes you stay longer than planned. The beach club itself is a draw, set on a more rugged stretch of sand that feels refreshingly removed from the island’s busier beaches. You will quickly notice the hotel’s Land Rover shuttles, which run guests down the hillside to the Beach Club. The short drive is part of the ritual here, a smooth, slightly off road glide through the greenery that makes arriving at the sand feel more private and considered than a typical beach transfer. There is a small but well executed spa offering, along with a fitness space, though most days naturally revolve around the private villa pools and the beach club below. Le Toiny is not about being in the middle of the scene. It is about space, privacy, and experiencing St Barth in a way that feels quietly elevated.
