This is the one for your first married Paris trip. It's in an 1910 building right off the Arc de Triomphe but on the quietest street, so you get the location without the chaos. Quintana Partners did the interiors with this Belle Époque thing that could have gone very wrong but actually feels right, like someone with real taste made decisions here. The bar is why people end up loving this place. Parisians come here for drinks, not just hotel guests, and the bartender takes what he does seriously. He makes these cocktails with jasmine and tea infusions that sound potentially precious but turn out to be exactly what you want after walking the city all day. The breakfast gets mentioned in every single review, which almost never happens unless it's genuinely good. Rooms are compact because Paris, but the Corner Junior Suites have these beautiful freestanding tubs and enough space that you're not living out of your suitcase on the floor. Some have small balconies with flowers spilling over. The duplexes are particularly lovely, bedroom upstairs under the mansard roof. Only 37 rooms total so it never feels crowded or anonymous. It's the right balance: sophisticated without being stiff, beautiful without feeling like a museum, central but genuinely peaceful. The kind of place where you'll want to come back between outings instead of treating it like somewhere to just sleep. For a honeymoon or anniversary or that first big trip as a married couple, this is the one that delivers without trying too hard.
